Custom Tuxedos

Black tie has one job. Ours is to make sure it does it.

A tuxedo is worn rarely and photographed relentlessly. It has to be right the first time — peak or shawl lapel, silk grosgrain or satin facing, midnight or true black.

Midnight vs. True Black

Midnight navy reads blacker than black under evening light and photographs with more depth. We'll show you both before you decide.

Peak or Shawl Lapel

Peak lapels are sharper and more formal; shawl lapels are softer and slightly less traditional. Both are correct for black tie.

Silk Facings, Done Right

Grosgrain has texture and grip; satin has shine. The facing should match the lapel width and your build, not just trend.

For One Night or Many

Whether it's a single wedding or a recurring black-tie calendar, the tuxedo is built to the same standard as any Veliero suit.
